When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name and the information you include in your message. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use this information to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry. We rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with people who ask about Honra's services. We do not use contact-form details for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

The website and enquiry process use Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, and Google for the receiving Gmail mailbox. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services. They may process information in other countries using the safeguards that apply to their services.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not become client work, we keep it for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we work together, relevant records may be kept separately for as long as contractual, accounting, tax or legal obligations require.

Your rights
